what to do if any hubber do copy my own hub?

Today I notice one of my hub is copied by another hubber. Still I see that hubber still publish that hub. I don't know why that hubber do that? Is it good to steal any hubbers content and then publish with a different name?

Plz tell me what to do...?

If you see you may find the following :

-The hubber xujordan copied all the texts form my own published hub.
-The image is also copied.
-The comments part is also prove that xujordan copied my texts as I got comment from others before 7 days ago.

Now see the following snapshot which I found and proves that he copied my hub. If you go to my hub you will see it.
